Sales Account Manager Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Proven Sales and Customer Service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Docs.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
