Brewer, Maine, United States MRG Exams Full time

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at MRG Exams, where you will play a vital role in performing medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise and experience to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who have served our country. As a Medical Disability Examiner, you will be responsible for reviewing medical records electronically through a web portal and conducting focused, in-person physical exams on each Veteran.

You will also document exam findings required by the VA through the web portal. It is essential to note that this role does not involve making disability determinations, as this is the responsibility of the United States Veterans Administration.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to analyze data from medical records and exam findings to complete questionnaires and form medical opinions. You should also possess strong time management skills, allowing you to stay on task and meet requirements.

The ideal candidate will hold a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and be proficient in using a computer. Training and continued support will be provided, along with health insurance options available.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - 100,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are interested in working with a dynamic team and utilizing your skills to make a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.
