What You'll Do:
  • You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents as a Registered Nurse.
  • Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

We offer various shifts, including full-time day and night shifts, as well as part-time and per diem options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
  • Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
  • Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
