Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement engaging activity programs for guests, including recreational activities, events, and entertainment options.
  • Monitor and supervise activity areas, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
  • Promote and register guests for resort activities, including fitness classes, water sports, and other recreational activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of activity areas to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
  • Manage cash handling and cashiering procedures, as needed.
  • Attend and complete required training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Respond to guest concerns and incidents in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Creativity and customer obsession, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills, with a focus on guest safety and satisfaction.
  • State driver's license and comfort operating large vehicles, such as shuttles or vans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Willingness to work an adjusted schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Depending on the location, one or more of the following certifications or ability to become certified: Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, Alcohol Awareness Card, Food Server Health Card.
