Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Support Specialist to join our team at Syneos Health Careers. As a Patient Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Timely and Accurate Support: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Build Rapport and Establish Positive Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening, empathizing, and demonstrating a strong understanding of their needs and concerns.
  • Identify and Resolve Customer Issues: Identify and resolve customer issues or escalate to appropriate internal teams as needed.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our contact center software system.
  • Adhere to Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to pharmaceutical contact center operations, including data privacy and security requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations, or related fields.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, as needed.
