We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Patient Registration Representative to join our team at Saint Peter's Healthcare System. As a key member of our registration team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless patient registration and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify Primary and Secondary Payers: Determine the primary and secondary payers for patients and ensure accurate billing information.
  • Network and Cost Differentials: Identify whether services are in or out of network and alert patients to potential cost differentials.
  • Third-Party Payer Requirements: Meet the requirements of third-party payers, including immediate admission notification, precertification, referral, or authorization.
  • Registration and Billing: Ensure accurate and timely registration and billing processes for patients.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual Skills: Possess strong bilingual skills in English and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Registration Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in patient registration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Systems: Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, including billing and insurance processes.
