Job Title: Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the compliance of Clark Construction Group's government-funded construction projects. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong organizational and time management skills to work alongside a dedicated team of compliance professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Protect the organization and its trade partners by enforcing compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws, as well as union and PLA requirements.
  • Generate, certify, and submit all Clark craft employee Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs), as well as subcontractor CPRs, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage all prevailing wage-related document collection and review for Clark and its trade partners.
  • Perform detailed cross-checks of payroll submissions against other project documents to ensure proper payment of wages to all craft workers.
  • Collaborate with project teams and corporate leadership on process improvements and issue resolution related to project compliance.
  • Assist with complex prevailing wage issues and/or investigations with third parties.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with access to sensitive information.
  • Create economic opportunities within the communities Clark works by ensuring the company and its trade partners meet all goals around worker utilization and small business subcontracting.
  • Quickly resolve all internal audit report findings.
  • Manage project start-up and close-out for compliance.
  • Perform other compliance-related duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Highly motivated individual with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Careful attention to detail and reliability of output.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with federal contracting, labor regulations, and FAR regulations a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred, or similar relevant work experience.
  • Bi-lingual with Spanish language preferred.

Clark Construction Group offers a total compensation package that includes base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, retirement/401k, and Company Contribution plan.

Additional benefits include life insurance, commuter benefit, short & long term disability, fitness reimbursement, FSA, tuition reimbursement, back-up daycare, tutoring & family support benefits, EAP/Work-Life assistance, and a holiday contribution program.

For this role, the base salary range is $68,000-92,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
