Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Subcontracts Administrator I to join our team at LinQuest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing the company throughout the subcontract lifecycle, from proposal evaluation to closeout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Support: Provide analytical support for proposal development, including the preparation of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions.
  • Government Property Lead: Oversee the management of Government Furnished Property, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Subcontract Administration: Establish subcontracts and subcontract files, coordinate work requirements with the Project team, and define terms and conditions.
  • Procurement and Negotiation: Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, analyze and evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract provisions.
  • Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate subcontract-related documentation, including non-disclosure and teaming agreements.
  • Subcontractor Management: Select or recommend subcontractors, write awards, and administer resulting subcontracts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Maintain contact with senior project management regarding subcontractor performance.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma and 4 years of additional experience, or Associates degree and 2 years additional experience.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience required, with knowledge in U.S. Government (FAR/DFARS) Contracting.
  • Skills: Ability to effectively work with the management of other organizations and Government agencies, prior experience with contract negotiations, and strong presentation and written communication skills.
  • Certifications: NCMA Certification (CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM) or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Contract Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years' experience preferred.
Compensation

Salary ranges from approximately $80,000 - $90,000, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
