Job Summary:

The Jr. System Engineer will work in the IT infrastructure services domain, responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, migration, and support of server, storage, or network infrastructure. This role requires strong technical skills and attention to detail to ensure the smooth operation of our company's infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve hardware and operating system failures on servers, storage, or network devices and associated subcomponents.
  • Support customer infrastructure needs and install hardware and software.
  • Install and configure operating systems on physical or virtual servers.
  • Maintain compute, storage, or network system security compliance.
  • Interpret and solve problems when a user or monitoring system alerts about issues in the infrastructure environment.
  • Provide IT support for company office, lab, or warehouse systems.
  • Support office and warehouse PC security management.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of system administration experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in Windows system administration.
  • Knowledge and experience in VMware administration.
  • Knowledge of server and network hardware platforms.
  • Windows Servers 2016/2019/2022.
Additional Requirements:
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions.
  • Ability to work 100% on-site in Plano, TX.
