Compensation: $55,000 to $73,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective Communication: Ability to engage respectfully with colleagues and clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with active listening capabilities.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Tackle issues logically, focusing on material consumption discrepancies. Comfortable with investigating challenges and proposing solutions, especially regarding workflow processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in reviewing invoices and resolving invoicing discrepancies. Capable of extracting and analyzing inventory and order data from Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Safety Awareness: Maintain a strong focus on safety, demonstrating safe work practices and adhering to safety protocols in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Willingness to present solutions, resolve issues, and support team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Purchasing or Material Planning role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with MRP systems.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in a Purchasing or Material Planning role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite ERP system is a plus.
  • Experience in the automotive or aerospace industry is advantageous.
