Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Main Functional Areas
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement national and regional buying shows to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Work with marketing managers and internal stakeholders to improve and maintain the AHI website.
- Provide guidance and support to the AHI E-commerce website.
- Collaborate with the Turnkey and Technologies division to integrate business functions and develop new customer tools.
- Coordinate promotional plans and materials to promote awareness, engagement, and drive customer purchase decisions.
- Manage administrative tasks associated with budgeting, forecasting, and channel performance.
2. External Communications
- Develop and implement promotional plans and materials to promote awareness, engagement, and drive customer purchase decisions.
- Define and act on opportunities to improve external communications, including customer emails, social media, and other channels.
- Facilitate marketing and lead generation campaigns and customer events.
- Provide support to Marketing Managers.
- Prioritize tasks and work streams to drive business results.
- Communicate effectively through meeting notes, emails, and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Animal Health related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a related position.
- Demonstrated track record of working independently and collaboratively to achieve organizational and team goals.
- Proven ability to multitask and adjust to changing workflows and multiple deadlines.
- Observable verbal and written communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to recommend solutions to challenges.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Animal Health/Agriculture.
- Proficiency in data analytics.
- Proficiency in SAP or related ERP.
- Experience in digital channel management.
Compensation
The potential compensation range for this role is $42,000 to $53,600 per year, based on various factors such as candidate location, experience, and skills.
