Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Proficiency: Skillfully interpret invoices and resolve discrepancies. Capable of extracting and analyzing inventory and order data from Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Safety Awareness: Maintain a strong focus on safety, demonstrating safe work practices and adhering to safety protocols in a manufacturing and warehouse setting.
  • Collaborative Team Member: Be prepared to share solutions, resolve issues, and support team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Purchasing or Material Planning role.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with MRP systems.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in a Purchasing or Material Planning capacity is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite ERP system is advantageous.
  • Experience in the automotive or aerospace industry is a plus.
