Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Provide direction, organization, and field oversight for teams of 5-25 skilled electricians and apprentices across diverse electrical construction projects valued between $250K and $5M.
  • Initiate and oversee project management tasks, including controlled take-offs, material and labor budgeting, scheduling, time tracking, daily documentation, and meetings.
  • Continuously mentor and develop your team to enhance employee retention and optimize company performance.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring safe installation practices, quality assurance, and high morale among your team members.
  • Strengthen existing relationships with clients, vendors, and team members while cultivating new connections.
  • Exemplify and promote our core values: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should:
  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of electrical experience, with 2-4 years in managing high-value commercial or industrial electrical projects and large teams.
  • Exhibit a growth-oriented mindset and a passion for mentoring and developing your team.
  • Be open to obtaining LEED and NICET Level 2 certifications, with corresponding compensation increases.
  • Be willing to travel, with incentives provided.
