Job Overview: The ideal candidate for this role is a proficient Electrical Engineer with confidence in their capabilities, particularly in commercial projects. This individual will serve as a Project Manager overseeing multiple initiatives, collaborating with an internal MEP/FP team to fulfill the objectives set by architects and owners. Familiarity with business development is advantageous, as it opens numerous pathways for career advancement. Responsibilities may include formulating action plans to attract and secure new projects, implementing goals and priorities for the Nashville office, and identifying potential markets and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience with complex electrical systems in commercial and institutional settings.
  • Registered Professional Engineer, with the ability to obtain a Tennessee P.E. license.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for team-oriented projects.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills necessary for managing concurrent project timelines.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to embrace new challenges.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
