Job Summary

Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager and the Associate Director, Workforce Administration at the Yale Center for British Art, the Human Resources Support Specialist plays a vital role in the day-to-day administrative tasks supporting the HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Assist in the processing of HR-related tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Administration Manager and Associate Director to achieve departmental goals
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
