Roles and Responsibilities

As a caregiver with A.B.I. Resources, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in all aspects of home and community life, ensuring their safety and promoting independence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and maintaining a clean and organized living space.
  • Establishing a healthy and supportive bond with clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Coordinating and attending medical appointments, encouraging consistent exercise, and facilitating social activities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in disability care (not mandatory).
  • A valid driver's license, personal car, proof of insurance, and minimum age of 18.
  • A recommendation from a personal or professional contact.
