Job Title: Communication Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Manager to join our North American Marketing team at Mitsubishi HC Capital America Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications plans to support the company's transformation initiatives. This includes creating and disseminating engaging content across various channels, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and measuring the effectiveness of communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies to promote the company's brand and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and disseminate content, including press releases, blog posts, articles, and social media posts
  • Manage and maintain the company's LinkedIn pages, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal clients across the United States and Canada to better understand their needs and develop targeted communications
  • Assess the effectiveness of communication plans and drive continuous improvement
  • Stay current with the latest communications trends and propose new tools and strategies to enhance the company's communications efforts
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, with a focus on B2B communications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, English, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Bilingualism: excellent spoken and written English and French
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts to maximize reach and effectiveness
  • Ability to exercise excellent judgment, especially under tight deadlines
  • A team player who values a collaborative environment

Working Conditions

Salary and Benefits

The salary will be between $65,000.00 and $85,000.00 with an opportunity to a discretionary bonus. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) and matching, paid time off, company-paid life insurance, employee assistance program, training and development opportunities, and employee discounts.
