Senior Living Community Director Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Advenio Medical Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as the Director of Wellness for a senior living community in the Columbus, Ohio area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction and coordination of administrative, clinical, and resident care services within the community.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team to ensure high-quality care and services to residents
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and care
* Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

* Current Ohio LPN license or RN license (or in process)
* Minimum two years of nursing experience, with prior supervisory experience required
* Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
