Position Overview:The Technical Sales Consultant is integral to the sales cycle, collaborating closely with the sales team to grasp customer requirements, propose tailored solutions, and showcase how Token's offerings can fulfill those needs. This position entails delivering technical presentations, providing pre-sales support, and working alongside the internal technical team to ensure effective solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to formulate sales strategies and comprehend customer demands.
- Deliver technical presentations and exhibit Token's products.
- Offer pre-sales technical support and product training.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation.
- Engage in customer meetings to resolve technical questions.
- Support post-sales initiatives, including training and troubleshooting.
Essential Competencies:
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Results Driven: Operates with a strong sense of accountability. Collaboration: Builds partnerships across various organizational levels. Interpersonal Skills: Cultivates positive relationships.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10 years of pertinent experience may substitute for a degree.
Additional Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales.
- Proficiency in the cybersecurity domain.
- Exceptional problem-solving and presentation capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
Base salary: $130,000 - $150,000 (plus incentive pay)
