Your Contribution:

Token is expanding its sales team and is in search of dynamic and seasoned Sales Account Managers. To broaden our market presence, we require a skilled professional adept at forging strong connections and enhancing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of nurturing existing partnerships, countering competitive challenges, and ensuring client satisfaction. A proactive and inquisitive approach is essential, as you will be expected to identify growth opportunities for clients before they emerge. This strategic foresight and detailed analysis will propel our organization forward. You will collaborate with a dedicated team that values communication, transparency, and is committed to creating a safer, more secure world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Channel teams to build a robust pipeline, qualify leads, and close sales.
  • Proactively prospect to attract new clients and exceed revenue targets.
  • Design and implement sales programs to drive Token solutions and services in designated regions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers at the executive level, utilizing effective communication skills.
  • Ensure a strong market presence for our products and services by providing guidance and insights.
  • Maintain technical expertise in all Token solutions.
  • Analyze sales data and trends in relation to objectives and competitive activities; recommend necessary corrective actions.
  • Create a Business Plan for your area of responsibility aligned with both short-term and long-term company goals.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and projections.
  • Leverage partnership programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Maximize the effectiveness of our offerings through continuous customer feedback.
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer issues and complaints.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, participate in relevant organizations, and continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required.
  • Ten years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Expertise in establishing and nurturing long-lasting customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is advantageous.
