At Michael Page, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in a Yield Enhancement role. This is an exciting opportunity to optimize processes and take ownership of a function that will drive business growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for working with manufacturing engineering and operations to create protocols for production teams to follow, resulting in high-quality products. They will implement effective quality controls, teach production staff how to use them, and supervise outcomes. Additionally, they will create and implement quality control workflows to improve the efficiency of the quality assurance process.

- Collect data about instances of product errors and investigate possible solutions by troubleshooting the manufacturing or design process.
- Apply good theoretical knowledge of electronics manufacturing engineering principles to identify issues that could or will impact product quality.
- Manage detailed problem-solving process, including trend and root cause analysis, containment, corrective, and preventive action using classic Six Sigma problem-solving techniques.
- Analyze and modify current product processes and implement improvements.
- Perform a variety of complex engineering tasks to improve the reliability and manufacturability of company products.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in an EE role, yield enhancement, process engineering, or a related role in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Experience with semiconductor process technologies (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition) is preferred.
- Knowledge of yield management software (e.g., KLA-Tencor, Applied Materials).
- Experience in advanced semiconductor nodes (e.g., 7nm, 5nm).
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive base salary of $90,000-$140,000, depending on experience, as well as a bonus, 401K match, PTO, health, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement.
