Electrical Engineering Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product development process, creating technical documentation, and conducting specification and design reviews. They will also be responsible for creating project plans, including product development schedules and budgets, and managing the development of high-power motor controllers and power management systems.
The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years' experience in design experience in Analogue/Digital electronics in power system design. They will also have specific experience designing high power motor controllers, power regulators, high efficiency AC-DC power converters, DC-DC converters, synchronous rectifiers and battery management solutions.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader and communicator, with experience managing development teams and supervising junior engineers. They will also have a methodical approach to problem-solving and strong oral and written communication skills.
