About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Radar Receiver Engineer to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our Radar Systems Integration team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating advanced radar systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced radar systems, including receiver and exciter components.
  • Integrate radar systems with other components, such as antennas and signal processing systems.
  • Test and validate radar systems to ensure they meet performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in radar systems design, development, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of RF and radar systems principles, including signal processing and antenna design.
  • Experience with programming languages, such as C++ and MATLAB.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with digital signal processing and FPGA implementation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MATLAB.
  • Knowledge of radar system calibration design and I&Q data processing.
