Job Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide bedside and virtual clinical education to patients and caregivers, including hospital hookups when necessary.

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) where the Home Infusion Center conducts business. Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to home.

  • Market and promote specialty and traditional infusion capabilities to healthcare systems and home infusion services.

  • Collaborate with CarepathRX intake to provide necessary details for new patient referrals and ensure a smooth transition to home infusion services.

  • Coordinate and communicate with referral sources, physicians, and internal and external teams to ensure effective patient care and business growth.

  • Conduct in-services and product training for referral sources, physicians, and internal teams.

  • Follow up with new referrals and patient care communications with referral sources, physicians, and internal and external teams.

  • Participate in customer pull-through, process improvement, and ongoing communications related to managing and growing the business.

Requirements:

  • Hold an active, unencumbered nursing license by the state Board of Nursing or Nursing Regulatory Body.

  • Hold and maintain current BLS certification.

  • Ability to drive and work in outside weather conditions when traveling.

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
