Job Details:
Responsibilities:
Provide bedside and virtual clinical education to patients and caregivers, including hospital hookups when necessary.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) where the Home Infusion Center conducts business. Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas.
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to home.
Market and promote specialty and traditional infusion capabilities to healthcare systems and home infusion services.
Collaborate with CarepathRX intake to provide necessary details for new patient referrals and ensure a smooth transition to home infusion services.
Coordinate and communicate with referral sources, physicians, and internal and external teams to ensure effective patient care and business growth.
Conduct in-services and product training for referral sources, physicians, and internal teams.
Follow up with new referrals and patient care communications with referral sources, physicians, and internal and external teams.
Participate in customer pull-through, process improvement, and ongoing communications related to managing and growing the business.
Requirements:
Hold an active, unencumbered nursing license by the state Board of Nursing or Nursing Regulatory Body.
Hold and maintain current BLS certification.
Ability to drive and work in outside weather conditions when traveling.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
