Job Overview:

The Export Customer Service Representative (ECSR) plays a crucial role in managing order entry and providing exceptional service to international clients. As the primary point of contact for our overseas customers, the ECSR is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience with our products, services, and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Address customer inquiries, clarify available services, rectify errors, and provide pricing information.
  2. Process orders and develop leads while promoting our products and services.
  3. Handle complex customer inquiries by escalating them to the appropriate Technical Support.
  4. Prepare international quotations and proforma invoices.
  5. Utilize ORACLE-based systems to manage export orders efficiently.
  6. Coordinate logistics for the transportation of goods via air, sea, and land.
  7. Track international shipments and communicate updates to relevant parties.
  8. Assist in preparing export documentation, including Commercial Invoices and Certificates of Origin.
  9. Conduct restricted party screenings for customers and foreign visitors.
  10. Collaborate with sales teams on export quotes and inquiries.
  11. Maintain accurate processing of customer requests, including quotes and order modifications.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess an Associate's Degree in International Studies, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience in international logistics and export operations. A solid understanding of Export Administration Regulations and current INCOTERMS is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, and experience with Oracle systems is advantageous.
