Job Summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Support Specialist to join our team. As a Contact Center Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families, answering inbound calls, and navigating electronic directories to transfer callers to the appropriate destination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide information to patients and families
  • Navigate electronic directories to transfer callers to the appropriate destination
  • Process after-hour patient and emergency internal calls using prescribed protocols and procedures
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of call center or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks
