This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable organization, Spitzer Autoworld, as a Service Advisor in the vibrant Northeast Ohio area. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while growing their career in a top regional employer.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual who will be responsible for selling, identifying, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair services for customers. This includes scheduling service to be performed while taking care of our customers.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance, perform road tests of customer vehicles, and advise customers of necessary services. You will also be responsible for computing the cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicles to the condition specified by customers.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is around $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
