Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Life Insurance Agent to join our team at Business Athlete Association. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for handling asset protection and insurance benefit options for various organizations, including local, regional, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions, and questions concerning billing and insurance policies.

Determine new customers' insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible.

Requirements:

Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.

Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus.

Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued.
