Key Responsibilities:
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies across various manufacturing operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency in both current and future systems.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to boost equipment reliability and production sustainability through advanced maintenance techniques.
- Assess existing manufacturing systems and initiate actions to improve safety, productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Plan and oversee significant preventive maintenance activities and projects.
- Provide hands-on technical support to troubleshoot and resolve root cause issues.
- Develop and maintain essential maintenance documentation, including FMEA and Control Plans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Willingness to work off-shift as necessary.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting process sheets and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
