**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Bucks County Health Improvement Partnership (BCHIP). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office, supporting the Executive Director, and managing fiscal responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative support for daily operations, including meeting management and coordination
* Manage fiscal responsibilities, including banking, reporting, invoicing, and reconciling accounts
* Assist with program administration, including the Smoking Cessation Program, Advance Care Planning Program, and BCHIP Wellness Partnership
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma required; additional college or business school preferred
* 2-3 years of office/clerical experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
