Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a PRN Home Health Specialist. As a Speech Language Pathologist with AccentCare, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing high-quality care and making a meaningful impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes, including assessments, treatments, and progress monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and engagement in the treatment process.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • One year of clinical experience in speech-language pathology.
