Key Responsibilities- Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes, including assessments, treatments, and progress monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- One year of clinical experience in speech-language pathology.
