Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
- Provide therapy sessions to patients in their homes, using a variety of techniques and strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current certification in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
