About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Kitchen and Prepared Foods Director. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our kitchen operations to deliver exceptional food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Develop and implement effective food production schedules to ensure high-quality products and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with Store Management to source, select, hire, and train new team members.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and inventory reviews to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Partner with the Guest Services Manager to provide a seamless customer experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales and profitability growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Physical and Work Conditions
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to wear approved personal protective equipment and follow all safety protocols.
