LPN - Homecare (Part Time) - Pediatric/Adult Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patient response to ensure effective care.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document patient progress and outcomes, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registration in the state where you practice.
- Current Health Certificate, as required by facility or state regulation.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray, as required by facility or state regulation.
- Current BLS card.
