Compensation
Pay Range: $14.42 to $16.00

Buckle offers a competitive base salary complemented by a commission structure that rewards you based on your sales achievements.

Key Responsibilities
To thrive in this position, you will need to interact with customers in a welcoming manner, deliver outstanding service, and assist them with their shopping requirements. Key responsibilities include:
  • Welcome and assist customers with a positive demeanor
  • Help customers locate merchandise
  • Share product insights and train fellow team members
  • Meet sales targets established by management
  • Ensure an excellent shopping experience for all customers
  • Recruit and mentor new team members
  • Enhance merchandise presentation to boost sales
