Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Framing Manager to lead our framing team and drive custom framing sales in our store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching and developing the skills of our framing team, ensuring high-quality custom framing solutions are delivered to our customers, and achieving sales and production targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach the framing team to achieve sales and production targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive custom framing sales and increase customer engagement
  • Ensure high-quality custom framing solutions are delivered to customers on time and within budget
  • Manage and execute inventory management processes, shrink, and safety programs
  • Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing, and training of new team members
  • Participate in performance management activities and talent development initiatives
  • Collaborate with the store manager to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous custom framing experience is preferred
  • Retail management experience and experience leading a sales team are highly desirable
Work Environment

This role is based in a public retail store setting, and you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. You will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
