About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Anywhere Real Estate. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales management efforts, assisting the Branch Manager in agent recruiting, training, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Branch Manager in recruiting and onboarding new sales agents, ensuring a seamless transition into our team.
  • Provide exceptional support to our sales agents, addressing their needs and concerns to drive growth and productivity.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales agents, focusing on technology tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to coach and mentor sales agents, driving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of real estate sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to sales agents and stakeholders.
  • Ability to recruit and onboard sales agents, communicating the company's value proposition with clarity and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in technology tools and the ability to teach sales agents how to utilize them effectively.
  • A valid Real Estate or Broker's license, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
