About the Role:

In this critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing behavioral health services that promote customer-owner outcomes. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary care team to ensure that our customers-owners receive the highest level of care possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement behavioral health services that align with customer-owner needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor customer-owner progress and adjust care plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Three years of experience working in a behavioral health setting
  • At least twenty-one (21) years of age
  • Valid Alaska driver's license and a clean driving record

Additional Qualifications for Behavioral Health Technician II:

  • Two additional years of professional and supervised social service or related work experience working in a residential behavioral health setting

Estimated Salary: $59,616 - $90,476 per year
