As a leading provider of behavioral healthcare services in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley, we strive to deliver exceptional care to individuals living in our communities.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our experienced team to develop individualized treatment plans for assigned clients, evaluate crisis situations promptly, and provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, families, and adults.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including two healthcare options for employees and their dependent children, five weeks of PTO for the first year, and eight weeks of PTO after the first year. Additionally, we provide 401(k) with immediate vesting and up to 5% match, as well as four percent automatic contribution by AKBH.
