Job Title: Sexual Health Program Manager

Adams County CO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sexual Health Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Public Health Nursing Division, you will be responsible for providing program oversight, clinical leadership, and supervision for public health professionals and program specialists within the Sexual Health & Harm Reduction programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide program oversight and clinical leadership for public health professionals and program specialists within the Sexual Health & Harm Reduction programs.
  • Direct integration of program services in brick-and-mortar clinics, mobile units, and field delivery services.
  • Monitor budgets, policy, and procedure standards, and program reporting to funders.
  • Evaluate performance of direct reports and program operations.
  • Recommend and administer actions impacting employee pay and status, hiring, and discipline.
  • Serve as a resource or expert in program areas, providing technical guidance and education to assure program success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or community health-related field.
  • At least five years in Sexual Health or related program management work, including three years of experience demonstrating progressive capacity, supervision, or leadership.
  • Licensed to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado or a Compact State.
  • Current BLS certification.
Working Conditions:

This role requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate community events, meetings, and outreach activities. Travel within the community and participation in evening, weekend, and on-call duties may be required.
