Job Title: Bilingual Behavioral Health Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA therapy to children in a supportive and engaging environment.
  • Deliver therapy in both English and Spanish to support our diverse client base.
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles.
  • Provide bilingual support during family meetings, communicating in both English and Spanish.
  • Foster relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress within the ABA framework.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification.
  • Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children.
