Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Business Process Experience: Four years + business process experience.
  • Communication and Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Organizational Change Management Experience: Organizational Change Management experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certified: Lean Six Sigma certified.
  • Business Process Certification: Business Process Certification.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification: Prosci Change Management Certification.
  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • PMP Certification: PMP Certification.
