Responsibilities
  • Handles all aspects of commercial customer accounts through telephone calls and correspondence.
  • Maintains accurate and timely customer database entries.
  • Answers inquiries, resolves problems, promotes and sells products/services to commercial customers.
  • Provides first-line administrative support and coordination of commercial account activities for Business Development Reps.
  • Creates and reviews commercial service agreements to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follows up with commercial customers during renewal periods to ensure continued service.
  • Facilitates commercial growth through outbound calls to customers and prospects.
  • Contacts customers regarding outstanding balances on commercial accounts to achieve branch and company receivable objectives.
  • Develops and maintains effective customer relationships with assigned commercial accounts.
  • Handles day-to-day account activities for commercial customers, including up-selling and soliciting new customers.
  • Acts as a liaison between the branch and the customer to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience required.
  • Experience resolving escalated customer service issues required.
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
