HMG Plus, Inc., a leading hospitality staffing service, seeks a highly motivated Business Development Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for our temporary staffing and permanent placement divisions.
About the Role:
- We offer an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $70,000, plus uncapped commission on revenue-qualified new business accounts.
- You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and closing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Your primary focus will be on developing and executing business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- You will work closely with our leadership team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic marketing content to support sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of business development or sales experience in the hospitality or staffing industry preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented personality with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Able to handle a pitch load of up to 10 clients at a time.
