Job Title: Mobile Intensive Care Unit Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Mobile Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Nurse Specialist. This role will involve providing high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings, prioritizing their immediate needs and collaborating with the medical team to ensure effective treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recent acute care experience, with a strong foundation in critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. They will be able to work independently, prioritizing tasks effectively, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Job:

As a MICU Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments, collecting data, and developing appropriate care plans. You will also be expected to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, identifying immediate needs and priorities.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring timely documentation and communication.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address patient concerns and optimize care outcomes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current RN license.
  • At least 1-2 years of recent acute care experience, preferably in MICU or similar settings.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing situations.
Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $65-$85 per hour, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week. Additionally, you will receive:
