We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team and lead our contract channel implementation efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in market access, contracting, and program management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel strategies for BI products.
- Create Master Service Agreements and contracts with wholesalers, specialty distributors, and specialty pharmacies.
- Build relationships and expand the company's presence in the specialty pharmacy industry.
- Monitor trading partners and market shifts to anticipate and adapt strategies.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- A BA/BS degree from an accredited institution (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant market access experience.
- 3+ years of contracting experience.
- 2+ years of program management or account management experience.
- 3+ years of leadership and project management experience.
- Six Sigma Greenbelt certification is a plus.
