Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team at RVNAhealth. As a key player in our HR department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to extending offers across all levels and departments of the Agency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong online presence and be comfortable navigating digital platforms and adept at using various online tools and technologies to enhance the recruitment process.
In this role, you will partner with HR and hiring managers to align on recruitment goals and strategies. You will design and implement effective recruitment plans, including job posting optimization, marketing channels, and talent planning.
Our estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from application review and phone screenings to coordinating interviews.
- Source top talent for various roles across the Agency through creative methods like social media, job boards, and networking.
- Lead recruitment initiatives, manage budgets, and develop compelling marketing materials to attract top candidates.
