  • Resolve complaints and issues from residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform basic clerical duties, including answering telephones, faxing, copying, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of prior experience in a Front Desk or Office environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and guests.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of multi-tasking capability.
  • Physical ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds and stand for several hours.
  • Proficiency in handling office equipment, including complex multiple-lined telephones, printers, and copy machines.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days, including a 40k match after one year of employment.
