- Printing tasks may require prolonged standing.
- Some sites may involve work in warehouse loading docks for shipping and receiving duties.
- Lifting restrictions are set at a maximum of 50 pounds.
- This role encompasses multiple locations, with no single main site.
- Parking availability varies by location, and expenses may be reimbursed.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Key skills include mailroom operations, shipping and receiving, troubleshooting printing equipment, and copy/print services.
- Staff will operate at various customer sites, both independently and under supervision, with training provided.
- Ability to resolve minor printer issues and a general understanding of office printing equipment is necessary.
- Mailroom responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing mail per site requirements.
- Reception and hospitality duties may involve answering calls, scheduling rooms via Outlook, communicating with clients through various platforms, greeting visitors, and maintaining kitchen supplies and cleanliness.
- Employees may be reassigned to different sites throughout the day.
- Work hours may vary by location, typically ranging from 7 AM to 6 PM.
- Occasional overtime may be necessary.
- Standard workweek is Monday through Friday, with availability required between 7 AM and 7 PM.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital member of the service team, supporting daily operations across all contracted services within a designated area.
- Provide coverage for absences or vacations of onsite personnel, including site management roles.
- May need to report to alternate sites, potentially leading to extended commute times.
- Assist management in process enhancement, procedural testing, and ensuring compliance with operational best practices.
- Support Field Implementation Managers in onboarding new customer accounts and service expansions.
- Facilitate the training of new team members and cross-training of colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of Site Procedure Guides and disseminate best practices across the area.
- Regularly review Site Procedures Guides for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct daily inspections of site services to ensure client and customer safety compliance.
- Foster a customer-centric environment.
- Responsible for escalating customer concerns to management and ensuring resolution.
- Communicate effectively and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Submit monthly expense reports accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to coding requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required, along with a minimum of 12 months of relevant work experience.
- Post-secondary education is encouraged and preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and communication tools is necessary.
- Experience in mailroom operations, reception, hospitality, and print production is advantageous.
